예수님의 죽으심에 대하여

Let’s think about the death of Jesus Christ.

마태복음 27:57-66 저물었을 때에 아리마대 부자 요셉이라 하는 사람이 왔으니 그도 예수의 제자라 58빌라도에게 가서 예수의 시체를 달라 하니 이에 빌라도가 내어주라 분부하거늘 59요셉이 시체를 가져다가 정한 세마포로 싸서 60바위 속에 판 자기 새무덤에 넣어 두고 큰 돌을 굴려 무덤 문에 놓고 가니 61거기 막달라 마리아와 다른 마리아가 무덤을 향하여 앉았더라 62그 이튿날은 예비일 다음 날이라 대제사장들과 바리새인들이 함께 빌라도에게 모여 가로되

63주여 저 유혹하던 자가 살았을 때에 말하되 내가 사흘후에 다시 살아나리라 한 것을 우리가 기억하노니 64그러므로 분부하여 그 무덤을 사흘까지 굳게 지키게 하소서 그의 제자들이 와서 시체를 도적질하여 가고 백성에게 말하되 그가 죽은 자 가운데서 살아났다 하면 후의 유혹이 전보다 더 될까 하나이다 하니 65빌라도가 가로되 너희에게 파숫군이 있으니 가서 힘대로 굳게 하라 하거늘 66저희가 파숫군과 함께 가서 돌을 인봉하고 무덤을 굳게 하니라

The Burial of Jesus

57 As evening approached, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who had himself become a disciple of Jesus. 58 Going to Pilate, he asked for Jesus’ body, and Pilate ordered that it be given to him. 59 Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60 and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away. 61 Mary Magdalene and the other Mary were sitting there opposite the tomb.

 

The Guard at the Tomb

62 The next day, the one after Preparation Day, the chief priests and the Pharisees went to Pilate. 63 “Sir,” they said, “we remember that while he was still alive that deceiver said, ‘After three days I will rise again.’ 64 So give the order for the tomb to be made secure until the third day. Otherwise, his disciples may come and steal the body and tell the people that he has been raised from the dead. This last deception will be worse than the first.” 65 “Take a guard,” Pilate answered. “Go, make the tomb as secure as you know how.” 66 So they went and made the tomb secure by putting a seal on the stone and posting the guard. (Matthew 27:57-66)

 

 

예수께서는 대속의 모든 일을 다 이루시고 운명하셨을 때 군병들이 검사를 하고  아리마대 요셉과 니고데모에 의하여 장사지낸바 되었습니다. 예수님의 부활을 반대하는 자들은 십자가에 죽으신 것이 아니고 한동안 기절했다가 소생했다고 말하여 부활의 사실을 믿지 않으려 합니다.

오늘 말씀을 통하여 예수님의 죽음에 대하여 살펴보려 합니다.

When Jesus died after completing all the works of the ransom, the soldiers inspected him and he was buried by Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus. Those who oppose the resurrection of Jesus do not believe in the fact of the resurrection by saying that he did not die on the cross, but that he passed out for a while and then resurrected.

Today we are going to look at the death of Jesus.

 

1.    예수님은 완전히 죽으셨습니다.

Jesus is completely dead.

1)     시체를 군인들이 검사하니 완전히 죽으셨습니다.(요19:33-37)

When the body was examined by soldiers, he was completely dead.

33예수께 이르러는 이미 죽은 것을 보고 다리를 꺾지 아니하고 34그 중 한 군병이 창으로 옆구리를 찌르니 곧 피와 물이 나오더라 35이를 본 자가 증거하였으니 그 증거가 참이라 저가 자기의 말하는 것이 참인줄 알고 너희로 믿게 하려함이니라 36이 일이 이룬 것은 그 뼈가 하나도 꺾이우지 아니하리라 한 성경을 응하게 하려함이라 37또 다른 성경에 저희가 그 찌른 자를 보리라 하였느니라

33But when they came to Jesus and found that he was already dead, they did not break his legs. 34Instead, one of the soldiers pierced Jesus’ side with a spear, bringing a sudden flow of blood and water. 35The man who saw it has given testimony, and his testimony is true. He knows that he tells the truth, and he testifies so that you also may believe. 36These things happened so that the scripture would be fulfilled: “Not one of his bones will be broken,” 37and, as another scripture says, “They will look on the one they have pierced.” (John19:33-37)

2)     부활이 아니고 잠시 기절했다가 소생했다 억지부름에 대하여(행 3:15

                          Not resurrected, but fainted for a while and then revived. About the forced call

15생명의 주를 죽였도다 그러나 하나님이 죽은자 가운데서 살리셨으니 우리가 이 일에 증인이로라

2.    은혜 입은 자들은 간곳이 없고

 Those with grace have nowhere to go

1)      예수님의 제자들은 간곳이 없고(마27:61

Jesus' disciples have nowhere to go

61거기 막달라 마리아와 다른 마리아가 무덤을 향하여 앉았더라

61Mary Magdalene and the other Mary were sitting there opposite the tomb. (27:61)

2)     은혜를 입은 많은 사람들 간곳이 없으며

Many people who have been blessed have nowhere to go.

 

3.    숨은 의인이 예수시체를 장사지냄

The hidden righteous bury the body of Jesus

1)      선하고 의로운 공회원인 아리마데 요셉 (눅23:50

Joseph of Arimathea, a good and righteous member of the council

공회 의원으로 선하고 의로운 요셉이라 하는 사람이 있으니(눅23:50)

50 Now there was a man named Joseph, a member of the Council, a good and upright man, (Luke 23:50)

2)      밤중에 예수님을 찾아왔던 니고데모(요19:39

Nicodemus came to Jesus at night

39일찍 예수께 밤에 나아왔던 니고데모도 몰약과 침향 섞은 것을 백 근쯤 가지고 온지라

He was accompanied by Nicodemus, the man who earlier had visited Jesus at night. Nicodemus brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about seventy-five pounds (John19;39)

3)     담력과 정성으로 새무덤에 장사지내 었으며

He was buried in the new tomb with courage and devotion.

 

4.    장례식은 어떻게 행해졌나

how the funeral was held

1)    탄생처럼 장례도 조용하게 진행되고 (마27:57-61

Just like the birth, the funeral takes place quietly.

2)    부활의 증거를 위해 돌무덤에 장례하였고(마27:60)

He was buried in a stone tomb as a proof of his resurrection.

60바위 속에 판 자기 새무덤에 넣어 두고 큰 돌을 굴려 무덤 문에 놓고 가니

60and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away. (27:60)

 

5.    누가 무덤을 지켰는가

Who Guarded the Tomb

1)     범죄자는 불안하여 시체도적맞을까 염려하여 지키고 (마27:62-64

The criminal is anxious and guards the body for fear of being stolen.

2그 이튿날은 예비일 다음 날이라 대제사장들과 바리새인들이 함께 빌라도에게 모여 가로되

63주여 저 유혹하던 자가 살았을 때에 말하되 내가 사흘후에 다시 살아나리라 한 것을 우리가 기억하노니 64그러므로 분부하여 그 무덤을 사흘까지 굳게 지키게 하소서 그의 제자들이 와서 시체를 도적질하여 가고 백성에게 말하되 그가 죽은 자 가운데서 살아났다 하면 후의 유혹이 전보다 더 될까 하나이다 하니사흘동안 인봉하고 군인들이 굳게 지키니(마27:62-66

62The next day, the one after Preparation Day, the chief priests and the Pharisees went to Pilate. 63“Sir,” they said, “we remember that while he was still alive that deceiver said, ‘After three days I will rise again.’ 64So give the order for the tomb to be made secure until the third day. Otherwise, his disciples may come and steal the body and tell the people that he has been r aised from the dead. This last deception will be worse than the first. ” (Matthew 27:62-64)

 

2)   사흘동안 인봉하고 군인들이 굳게 지키니 (마27:66)

sealed for three days, and the soldiers kept it

66저희가 파숫군과 함께 가서 돌을 인봉하고 무덤을 굳게 하니라

66So they went and made the tomb secure by putting a seal on the stone and posting the guard. (Matthew 27:66

3)     예수님의 부활을  증거하기 위하여 증인들을 세웠으며 (마28:4,11

Witnesses were raised to testify of the resurrection of Jesus.

4수직하던 자들이 저를 무서워하여 떨며 죽은 사람과 같이 되었더라

  11여자들이 갈제 파숫군 중 몇이 성에 들어가 모든 된 일을 대제사장들에게 고하니                     4. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.(28:4)

11While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. (Matthew 28:11)
