Let’s choose the path of victory as believers

1 Peter베드로전서 3:8-16

8마지막으로 말하노니 너희가 다 마음을 같이 하여 체휼하며 형제를 사랑하며 불쌍히 여기며 겸손하며 9악을 악으로, 욕을 욕으로 갚지 말고 도리어 복을 빌라 이를 위하여 너희가 부르심을 입었으니 이는 복을 유업으로 받게 하려 하심이라 10그러므로 생명을 사랑하고 좋은 날 보기를 원하는 자는 혀를 금하여 악한 말을 그치며 그 입술로 궤휼을 말하지 말고 11악에서 떠나 선을 행하고 화평을 구하여 이를 좇으라 12주의 눈은 의인을 향하시고 그의 귀는 저의 간구에 기울이시되 주의 낯은 악행하는 자들을 향하시느니라 하였느니라 13또 너희가 열심으로 선을 행하면 누가 너희를 해하리요 14그러나 의를 위하여 고난을 받으면 복 있는 자니 저희의 두려워함을 두려워 말며 소동치 말고 15너희 마음에 그리스도를 주로 삼아 거룩하게 하고 너희 속에 있는 소망에 관한 이유를 묻는 자에게는 대답할 것을 항상 예비하되 온유와 두려움으로 하고 16선한 양심을 가지라 이는 그리스도 안에 있는 너희의 선행을 욕하는 자들로 그 비방하는 일에 부끄러움을 당하게 하려 함이라 17선을 행함으로 고난 받는 것이 하나님의 뜻일찐대 악을 행함으로 고난 받는 것보다 나으니라 18그리스도께서도 한번 죄를 위하여 죽으사 의인으로서 불의한 자를 대신하셨으니 이는 우리를 하나님 앞으로 인도하려 하심이라

8 Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. 9 Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. 10 For, “Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. 11 They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it. 12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” 13 Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good? 14 But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened.” 15 But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, 16 keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. 17 For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. 18For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.  (1Peter 3:8-18)

A.   성도로서 승리하는 길을 선택하는 것은?

What does it mean to choose the path of victory as believers?

하나님께서 허락하셔야 가능합니다. It is a path that is allowed by God

모세가 시편90편에서 하나님께 찬송하기를 우리의 년수가 칠십이요 강건하면 팔십이라도 그 년수의 자랑은 수고와 슬픔뿐이요 신속히 자나가니 (90:10)

10 Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away. (Psalms 90:10)

 우리에게 우리 날 계수함을 가르치사 지혜의 마음을 얻게 하소서(12)

12Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. (Psalms 90:12)

아침에 주의 인자로 우리를 만족케 하사 우리 평생에 즐겁고 기쁘게 하소서(14)

14 Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.

 (Psalms 90:14)

우리를 곤고케 하신 날수대로와 우리의 화를 당한 년수대로 기쁘게 하소서(15) 주의 행사를

주의 종들에게 나타내시며 주의 영광을 저희 자손에게 나타내소서(16)

15 Make us glad for as many days as you have afflicted us, for as many years as we have seen trouble. 16 May your deeds be shown to your servants, your splendor to their children. (Psalms 90:15,16)

하나님께 찬양하였습니다.

 

창세기에서 하나님께서는 하나님 뜻대로 사는 사람들에게 승리하게 하셨음을 볼 수 있습니다.

야곱이 브내엘에서(창32:22-32) 하나님의 사람과 날이새도록 씨름하였습니다. (24)

24 So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak. (Genesis 32:24)

그 사람이 날이 새려하니 나로 가게 하라 말하자, 야곱이 말하기를 당신이 네게 축복하지 아니하면 가게 하지 아니하겠나이다. 그사람이 야곱에게 이르되 네 이름을 다시는 야곱이라 부르지 말고 이제부터 는 이스라엘이라 부를 것이니 네가 하나님과 사람으로 더불어 겨루어 이기었음이니라    이는 하나님이 승리하시게 하다  

  26Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob replied, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.” 27The man asked him, “What is your name?” “Jacob,” he answered. 28Then the man said, “Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome.”  (Genesis 32:26-28)

라는 뜻인 이스라엘로 바꾸셨습니다.

 

B.   왜 승리하는 길을 선택해야 합니까?

Why must we choose the path of victory as believers?

1.    하나님께서 허락하시는 것을 믿어야 하기때문에.

So that we can confirm our faith in God and his will.  (전도서 12:13,14))

하나님은 세상에서 승리한 길을 체험한 솔로몬의  삶을 보여 주셨습니다. 하나님의 말씀대로 살았을 때는 모든 것이 합력하여 이전사람에게도 이후사람에게도 이러한 복을 받은 사람이 없도록 큰 복을 내려 주셨습니다. 그러나 솔로몬은 하나님의 뜻을 따르지 않고 사람들의 말을 따라서 살때에  나라는 쇠하여 졌고 그가 죽은 후에는 두나라로 갈라졌습니다.

솔로몬은 전도서에서 고백합니다. 자기가 생활했던 모든 것이 헛되고 헛되었다고 말하면서

“2 “Meaningless! Meaningless!” says the Teacher. “Utterly meaningless!  Everything is meaningless.” (Ecclesiastes 1:2)

솔로몬은 말년에고백하기를 “일의 결국을 다 들었으니  하나님을 경외하고 그 명령을 지킬지어다 이것이 사람의 본분이니라. 하나님은 모든 행위와 모든 은밀한 일을 선악간에 심판하시리라(전12:13,14)

“13 Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. 14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:13,14)

 

 

C.   어떻게 승리하는 길을 선택 합니까?

How can we choose the path of victory as believers?

1.    그리스도안에서 선택을 받았다고 믿습니다.

Affirmation that you have been chosen through Christ Jesus.

하나님은 이스라엘 백성을 선택하셨습니다.(신7:7)  선택하셔서 하나님의 백성 삼으셨습니다.

이스라엘 백성을 선택하신 것은 수효가 많음도 아니요 하나님이 기뻐하시고 사랑하심이요 또한 그들의 열조에게 하신 맹세를 지키시기 위해 선택하셨습니다. 그런데 이스라엘 백성이 하나님의 계명과 법도와 율레와 규례를 지키지 아니하므로  예수그리스도를 보내주시고 그를 영접하는 자는 하나님의 자녀가 되는 권세를 주셨습니다.

우리를 선택하신 것은 하나님의 자녀 삼으시기 위함이었습니다.(롬8:14-16)

        하나님께서는세상의 미련한 것들을 택하사 지혜있는 자를 부끄럽게 하려 하시고 세상의 약한 자들을 택하사 강한 것들을 부끄럽게 하시며 하나님께서 세상의 천한 것들과 멸시 받는 것들과 없는 것들을 택하사 있는 것들을 폐하려 하시나니 이는 아무 육체라도 하나님 앞에서 자랑하지 못하게 하심이니라(고전1:27-29)

27 But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 28 God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, 29 so that no one may boast before him. (1Corinthians 1:27-290

 

2.    성령충만한 삶을 삽니다.

Allow the Holy Spirit to fill all aspects of your life.

1)     성령의 인도에 따릅시다.

Follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

우리의 모든 삶에 성령님의 인도함을 구합니다.

무릇 하나님의 인도하심을 받은 사람은 곧 하나님의 아들이라(롬8:14)    14For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. (8:14)

이 말씀은 하나님의 자녀는 성령님의 인도하심을 받아야합니다. 성도가 예수님을 영접할 때  하나님의 자녀가 되는 권세를 받습니다.(요1:12) 12Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God (john 1:12)

또한 성령을 선물로 받게 됩니다. 그래서 바울은 갈라디아서 2:20절에서  내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못박셨나니 그런즉 이제 내가 육체 가운데 사는 것은 나를 사랑하사 나를 위하여 자기 몸을 버리신 하나님의 아들을 믿는 믿음안에서 사는 것이라 20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

했습니다. 그 예수님께서 성령을 보내사 우리가 세례받고 하나님의 자녀가 되었을 때 하나님께서 선물로 성령을 주신 것입니다. (행 2:38) 3 8Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38)

성령께서 우리 안에 거하며 내가 하나님의 자녀가 되었다는 것을 인쳐 주신 것이요, 또한 보증해 주셨습니다.(엡1:13,14)  13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.  (Ephesians 1:13,14)

 

성령이 친히 우리 영으로 더불어 우리가 하나님의 자녀인 것을 증거하십니다. 뿐만 아니라 예수께서 가르쳐 주신 복음의 말씀을 생각나게 하시고  마땅히 우리 연약하심을 도우십니다. (롬8:26) 26In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.  (Romans 8:26)

 

2)     성령충만하도록 기도합니다.

Pray for the Holy Spirit to fill all aspects of your life.

우리가 하나님의 자녀된 것을 증거하신 성령께서는 항상 우라 안에 거하시며(고전 3:16) 성도들이 의에 대하여 죄에대하여 성령께서 말할 수 없는 탄식으로 우리를 위하여 친히 하나님께 간구해 주십니다.  우리가 성령충만 하여 성령의 열매를 맺어가야 합니다.

 성령의 열매(갈 5:22,23)가 삶 가운데 맺히도록 맡기고, 육신의 욕망이 아닌 성령의 인도를 받아야 합니다.

22오직 성령의 열매는 사랑과 희락과 화평과 오래 참음과 자비와 양선과 충성과 23온유와

절제니 이같은 것을 금지할 법이 없느니라22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. (Galatians 5:22,23)

 

3.    믿음의 실천과 순종의 삶을 살아 성령의 열매를 맺습니다.

Put your faith into action and through obedience bear the good fruits of the Holy Spirit.

1)    말씀묵상

Read the word

매일 성경을 읽고 묵상함으로써 하나님의 뜻과 능력을 깨닫도록합니다.

말씀은 우리 발의 등이요(시119:105) 세상의 시험 앞에서 우리를 지키는 방패가 됩니다.

119:103주의 말씀의 맛이 내게 어찌 그리 단지요 내 입에 꿀보다 더하니이다

119:105주의 말씀은 내 발에 등이요 내 길에 빛이니이다

103 How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! (Psalms 119:103)

105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. (Psalms 119:105)

2)    기도생활

Pray constantly

끊임없이 기도함으로 하나님과의 교제를 유지하고, 연약할 때 성령의 도우심을 구합시다(살전

5:17) 17쉬지 말고 기도하라 17 pray continually, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

(1Thessalonians 5:17)

 

3)    모든면에 감사하고 찬양합니다

In all circumstances give thanks and praise God.

·       매순간 감사하기 Be thankful always.

환경과 상관없이 하나님께 감사할 때 마음이 넉넉해지고, 하나님의 평강이 우리를 지키십니다. (살전 5:18)

18범사에 감사하라 이는 그리스도 예수 안에서 너희를 향하신 하나님의 뜻이니라

16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. ( 1Thessalonians 5:16-18)

·       찬양의 능력 Believe in the power of praise.

찬양은 영적 전쟁에서 우리의 무기가 되며 전능하신 하나님을 선포할 때 승리의 영광 임합니다.(행16:25,26)밤중쯤 되어 바울과 실라가 기도하고 하나님을 찬미하매 죄수들이 듣더라. 26이에 홀연히 큰 지진이 나서 옥터가 움직이고 문이 곧 다 열리며

모든 사람의 매인 것이 다 벗어진지라

25About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. 26Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose. (Acts 16:25,26)

 

4)    인내와 경건함

Practice patience and piety.

·       시험과 고난의 의미

It will help to discern the reason for trials and tribulations.

고난은 영적 성숙을 위한 단련의 과정입니다. 이것을 인내로 받아들일 때 은혜와 소망이 자랍니다.(약1:2-4)

2내 형제들아 너희가 여러가지 시험을 만나거든 온전히 기쁘게 여기라

3이는 너희 믿음의 시련이 인내를 만들어 내는줄 너희가 앎이라 4인내를 온전히 이루라 이는 너희로 온전하고 구비하여 조금도 부족함이 없게 하려 함이라

2Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. (James 1:2-4)

·       끝까지 견디기 It will help to finish the race and fight the good fight until the final day

승리는 일시적인 감정이 아니라, 끝까지 주안에서 견디며 성숙해 가는 과정입니다.(마24:13,24)

13그러나 끝까지 견디는 자는 구원을 얻으리라 14이 천국 복음이 모든 민족에게 증거되기 위하여 온 세상에 전파되리니 그제야 끝이 오리라

13but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:13,14)

 

5)    교제와 공동체

Have fellowship and congregate with like-minded believers

·       형제자매와의 교제 Fellowship with brothers and sisters

함께 예배하고,서로를 이해 기도하며, 영적 삶을 나누는 공동체가 필요합니다.(히10:24,25)

22우리가 마음에 뿌림을 받아 양심의 악을 깨닫고 몸을 맑은 물로 씻었으니 참 마음과 온전한 믿음으로 하나님께 나아가자 23또 약속하신 이는 미쁘시니 우리가 믿는 도리의 소망을 움직이지 말고 굳게 잡아 24서로 돌아보아 사랑과 선행을 격려하며 25모이기를 폐하는 어떤 사람들의 습관과 같이 하지 말고 오직 권하여 그날이 가까움을 볼수록 더욱 그리하자

24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10:24,25)

 

·       섬기고 봉사합시다. Serve one another through good works

교회 안밖에서 낮은 자리로 섬길 때 예수님께서 우리의 주인이심을 고백하며 참된 견손을 배우게 됩니다.(막10:44,45)

44너희 중에 누구든지 으뜸이 되고자 하는 자는 모든 사람의 종이 되어야 하리라 45인자의 온 것은 섬김을 받으려 함이 아니라 도리어 섬기려 하고 자기 목숨을 많은 사람의 대속물로 주려 함이니라

44 and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”   (Mark 10:44,45)

 

·       믿음의실천을 합시다. Put your faith into action

눈에 보이지 않는 하나님을 실뢰하고 말씀하신 대로 행하는 것이 참된 승리의 열쇠입니다.(히11:1) 1믿음은 바라는 것들의 실상이요 보지 못하는 것들의 증거니

1Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1)

 

·       순종의 삶을 살아갑시다. Live a life of obedience

하나님께서 말씀하신 길이 때로는 고난과 시험의 길이지만 그 길을 순종할 때에 비로소 참된 축복과 하나님의 임재를 경험하합니다.(롬5:3-5)

3다만 이뿐 아니라 우리가 환난 중에도 즐거워하나니 이는 환난은 인내를, 4인내는 연단을, 연단은 소망을 이루는 줄 앎이로다 5소망이 부끄럽게 아니함은 우리에게 주신 성령으로 말미암아 하나님의 사랑이 우리 마음에 부은바 됨이니

3 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. (Romans 5:3-5)

 

우리에게 주시는 교훈 Today’s Lesson

1.        성도로서 승리하는 길은단순히 성공을 추구하는 것이 아니라 말씀과 기도,성령충만, 교회라는 공동체, 순종과 인내를 통해서 예수 그리스도의 성품을 닮아 가는 전 과정입니다.

The path to victory as believers is not simply pursuing success, but the entire process of becoming like Jesus Christ through the word, prayer, being filled with the Holy Spirit, fellowship with the community of the church, obedience, and patience.

 

2.       매일의 작은 순종과 훈련이 쌓였을 때 찬괸 영적 승리를 이루게 될 것입니다.

         You will achieve a great spiritual victory through the small acts of obedience and spiritual training.
