You'll need:
The packet contains Alfalfa seeds (about 1.5g).
A small bowl or small plate
Three pieces of paper towels
a spray mister or small water Jug
How to grow:
Place 3 sheets of paper towel on a plate.
After that, you should drain the water off the plate. The paper towel needs to be dampened, but the seeds should not be floating in water.
Spread the seeds evenly onto the towel.
To prevent the paper towel drying out, put it on a window filled with water. Use spray bottles or misters to dampen the seeds or you can add a small quantity of water into the saucer with an ice cube or a small cup.

Troubleshooting
Alfalfa seeds are very easy to grow and will begin to germinate in 2-6 days. Here are a few things to keep an eye on in the event that your seeds do not germinate within this time.
Too dry. Seeds require water to develop. Alfalfa seeds absorb around 50% of their weight in water before they sprout, making them appear to be swelling. Seeds that are not moist enough do not develop. Incorporate more water into the plate so the seeds are moist but not floating in water. You could also soak the seeds over night; but make sure you drain them and wash them in fresh water before spreading them on the paper towel.
Too wet:If the seeds are too moist, the new roots and shoots may rot before they've had a chance to grow. Also, it is possible that mould may begin to develop on the seeds. It's okay for the paper towel to get wet but the seeds should not be floating in water. Get rid of any excess water on the dish each time you mist or water your seeds.
Too cold or too hot: Alfalfa grows best in temperatures between 20 and 25°C. If you're growing your seeds in winter, put them in a warm area inside. If you're cultivating your seeds in extremely hot temperatures, you might need to water your seeds more often since they'll dry out more quickly.
